Brief Description
Black ring bind folder with yellow card dividers and small brown leather tags showing from the right side like an index guide, associated with a study tour to Helsinki for the Olympic Organising Committee of the 1956 Games. Contains loose pages of handwritten notes, observations, budgets and note paper. First page is a letter to Mr. Moir from Mr. Tanner outlining the areas (eg., housing) for him to concentrate on while away.
