Brief Description
An envelope originally containing 1956 Melbourne Olympic Games tickets purchased from the Myer Emporium in Melbourne. Front of cover features the 1956 Melbourne Olympic Games emblem, flanked by the Myer Emporium emblem to the left, and the City of Melbourne coat-of-arms, to the right. Underside of cover features a message from the Myer Emporium. The front of the envelope pocket features the image of two koalas flanking text, reading: 'XVI/OLYMPIAD/1956/MELBOURNE'. Olympic rings emblem is situated above. The back of the envelope features the text: 'WITH THE COMPLIMENTS OF THE MYER EMPORIUM LTD.'.
