Brief Description
Councillor's badge for the League of the Victorian Wheelmen. Enamelled gold metal badge featuring a linked name-plate atop a shield featuring a gold winged wheel. Red and blue enamel background with gold text which reads, "COUNCILLOR / LEAGUE OF / VICTORIAN / WHEELMEN". Possibly worn by Jack Lukey.
