Brief Description
An exercise book with the logo of the Caulfield Technical School on the cover. The book includes detailed descriptions from an unidentified running coach to Winsome Cripps in the immediate lead up to the Helsinki Games. The descriptions provide a day to day programme of exercises, track work and rest. Cripps has made notes, including lists of German vocabulary, in the back of the book.
