Brief Description
Stick pin, features a gold shield with a diagonal band of blue (top right to bottom left) bearing the letters, "D.R.C.". Above left of the band is a blue Maltese Cross; below right is the date, "1919". Two rowing oars appear to be crossed behind the shield, only the handles and blades are visible at each corner.
