Brief Description
Badge, features the emblem of the British Empire & Commonwealth Games, a gold crown and lettering, "BE&CG", ringed by rectangular-link chain, and royal blue enamel trim with inscription, "BRITISH EMPIRE & COMMONWEALTH GAMES / PERTH - WESTERN AUSTRALIA - 1962". A blue ribbon, attached, bears a faintly printed inscription, "ORGANISING COUNCIL".
