Brief Description
A circular gold-like badge featuring at the centre, a raised field hockey symbol, upon a green enamelled field. Around the perimeter is the Russian inscription (transliterated): R.S.F.S.R./FEDERATSIJA. The initials stand for the 'Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic', with the word 'Federation' possibly standing for the Russian Hockey Federation.
