Brief Description
Off-white FOLDED MENU with text printed in green. Olympic rings on front cover in yellow. Title: AUSTRALIAN HOCKEY ASSOCIATION/OLYMPIC/DINNER/CIRO'S, MELBOURNE, 6TH DECEMBER, 1956. Inside has printed list of "TOASTS" and "MENU" in green print. Back has "AUTOGRAPHS" at top in green and central yellow line-vertical with many autographs of International Hockey players and officials, at the 1956 Melbourne Olympic Games. Four autographs feature across the front as well.
