Brief Description
Road Runners Club Newsletter, number 59, April 1966. The cover features a black and white photograph of a Japanese runner in a record-breaking run in the Polytechnic marathon. A number of athletes names listed under 'Long Distance Track Records' (pp. 25-28) have been marked in blue ink. These include Ron Clarke, and the South African 100 mile runner from the 1950s, Wally Hayward.
