Brief Description
Identity card used by Percy Cerutty, representing the Herald paper, at the VIth British Empire and Commonwealth Games held in Cardiff, Wales, in 1958. Front cover features Wales' red dragon atop the Game's seal; a navy circle featuring a gold crown and chain. Details of holder printed within. Paper has "BE&CG" printed in red repeatedly on cover.
