Brief Description
Gold medal won by Ivan Stedman for first place in the A.A.S.C. 220 yards breast stroke swim in 1923-24. Obverse features Australian coat of arms surrounded by text in legend that reads, "AUSTRALIAN AMATEUR SWIMMING CHAMPIONSHIP". Handwritten pencil inscription on reverse reads "220 Breast / Stroke / Australian / 1923-24 / 1st". Crown at top with suspension ring.
