Gold medal won by Ivan Stedman for first place in the A.S.U.A. 220 yards breast stroke swim in 1921. Obverse features Australian coat of arms surrounded by text in legend that reads "AUSTRALIAN AMATEUR SWIMMING CHAMPIONSHIP". Inscription on reverse reads "A.S.U.A. / 220 YDS BREAST STROKE / CHP. AUS. / 1ST / I. STEDMAN. / 1921". Crown at top with suspension ring.
