Brief Description
Gold medal won by Ivan Stedman for 1st place in a 220 Yards swim in 1912-13. Obverse features a mermaid with text in the legend that reads "VICTORIAN AMATEUR SWIMMING ASSOCIATION". Reverse features V.A.S.A. monogram and inscription around edge reads "220 Yds Championship / 1912-13 / Won by / I. STEDMAN Time 2 43 3/5.". Decorative suspension ring at top.
