Brief Description
Silver medal won by Ivan Stedman for 2nd place in a ¼ mile swim in 1911-12. Obverse features a mermaid with text in the legend that reads "VICTORIAN AMATEUR SWIMMING ASSOCIATION". Reverse features V.A.S.A. monogram and inscription around edge reads "¼ mile Championship / Season 1911-12 / 2nd / IVAN STEDMAN". Decorative suspension ring at top broken off.
