Brief Description
Gold medal awarded to Ivan Stedman by the M.S.C. in 1910 for Champion under 16 years of age. Medal shaped like a life belt bound with delicate ropes enclosing a M.S.C. monogram. Obverse inscription around belt reads "MELBOURNE SWIMMING / CLUB I. STEDMAN / 1910". Reverse inscription reads "Championship of / VICTORIA / Under 16 years". Suspension ring at top.
