Brief Description
Black and white photograph of the South Australian Weightlifting Team of bodyweight divisions chosen to go to Sydney for the Australian Championships. Eight weightlifters are standing before a brick wall wearing weightlifting costume with badge at centre. In front of them sitting on chairs are three officials, one in a suit and two in slacks and blazer. Inscription on reverse in blue ink, "Central figure in front was the Chief of the S A Fire Brigade / (We all used to work out at the F.B. Gym)".
