Brief Description
Pencil sketch with speckled wooden frame, cream mountboard. Sketch is a portrait, head and neck only, of a man [Roy Higgins] gazing straight forward, wearing an unbuckled jockey's hat and goggles on his head, and a cravat with star-shaped decoration. The artist's signature is in the lower RH corner, with '72' under it.
