Brief Description
Hanging pennant issued by the USSR State Committee for Physical Culture and Sport. White satin fabric with grey border and white cord trim and tassel. Red painted emblem and text, printed in Russian, on one side and coloured logo of stick figures with outstretched arms and blue text on reverse side.
