Brief Description
Viking Helmet, decorative, plastic; presented to Ron Clarke in celebration of world record win in 10 000 Metres race at Oslo, Norway on 14 July 1965. Helmet is in three parts - horns are two separate elements from headpiece (wrapped separate to helmet for storage); headpiece is gold with black painted moulded 'studs' around edge and one hole at each side for fitting of horns; horns are cream, with tips painted black.
