Brief Description
Lawn bowl, lignum vitae; ends feature engraved concentric circles and ivory disks, with scrimshaw inscriptions: "H.S." and "1". Maker's mark impressed into one end of bowl (predominantly obscured): "MADE BY / ... / GLASGOW"; Australian Bowls Council impression is also visible with the date "1912".
