Brief Description
Umpire's badge: rectangular, cream-coloured, wallet-sized card with brown print, featuring the Victorian Cricket Association (VCA) emblem in the top left corner, next to which is printed text, reads, "Umpire's Badge", and below, "SEASON 1937-38". Further printed text on the card reads, "Admit Mr. [signature is hand-written] E.W. Fleming / TO ALL / V.C.A. PENNANT MATCHES / NOT TRANSFERABLE, H. BRERETON, Sec. V.C.A.". The reverse is blank, and off-white / yellow in colour.
