Brief Description
Black and white collage of photographs mounted on a grey board with dark grey linear edge, featuring nine images of various aspects of the Interstate Lacrosse Carnival held in Brisbane in July 1939 including the members, players and officials of the state teams of South Australia, Victoria, New South Wales, Western Australia and Queensland. At centre front is an image of the Garland McHarg Cup set in an oval shape. Inscriptions include, "THE GOVERNOR SIR LESLIE WILSON OPENS THE CARNIVAL"; "WON BY VICTORIA." Players names are entered beneath each competing team.
