Black and white photograph mounted on grey coloured board with darker grey linear edge, featuring thirteen players of the Hawthorn Lacrosse Team seated or standing in a wet muddy field. Inscription on reverse, handwritten on white label in ink, "SEATED EXTREME LEFT, EDGAR LILLBURN / SEATED IN CENTRE CLAUDE AXFORD / SEATED EXTREME RIGHT BRUCE GILBURN".
