Brief Description
Black and white photo in a wide ornate wooden frame, stuck on green mountboard, with cream border around the photo. The photo is of a team of men with side lacrosse sticks, posing with 4 men in suits. Handwritten heading written in coloured ink reads 'South Yarra Lacrosse Club 1908/ "A" Team', and handwritten inscription in pink ink underneath reads 'Presented to Reg. Boardman as a token of esteem', and lists the individuals in white ink. Handwritten on the back of the frame in lead pencil is 'presented by Mr. John Boardman to the V.A.L.A. at the Sports Federation of Victoria meeting on 25th May 1983'.
