Brief Description
Blue leather lacrosse helmet, with side and back flaps and metal wire frame face cover attached. Used by Skip Horst, member of the USA Washington-Lacrosse team during their visit to Australia in 1959. Helmet has open style panels and visor that feature white stitching and trim. White adjustable lacing at rear and round holes cut out at sides to assist hearing. Metal gridded face guard affixed to front has white padded chin guard.
