Certificate, black print on pale buff card. Under a City of Baltimore crest, it reads in part "Honorary Citizenship/ TO/ THE AUSTRALIAN ALL-STAR LACROSSE TEAM", with a gold sticker and two small ribbons forming the 'corporate seal'. Dated 7th April 1976. Housed in a dark yellow card cover.
