Certificate of Merit in wooden frame, awarded to Reg. N. Ponton for outstanding services to lacrosse in Australia. Certificate is printed on cream paper and is signed by the President and Honorary Secretary of The Australian Lacrosse Council. There is a large red seal at the left corner embossed with The Australian Lacrosse Council emblem.
