Certificate on cream paper awarded to N. R. Jeffrey by The Australian Lacrosse Council on 6th May 1961 for outstanding service to Lacrosse in Australia. Large red and yellow seal of Lacrosse Council affixed to lower left corner. Inscriptions, handwritten in black ink: "Played with Malvern Lacrosse Club 1935-1961/ Captain Malvern 'A' team 1959-60/ Victorian State Team 1951 & 1953-60/ Victorian Captain 1959/ Australian XII 1953 & 1956/ Member V.A.L.A. Permit Committee 1958-59/ Delegate to V.A.L.A. and Member of/ V.A.L.A. Executive 1957-61".
