Brief Description
Black and white team photograph mounted on cream card, featuring the Victorian Lacrosse team seated or standing in a three row formation in the gardens of a large hotel. The sixteen players are wearing white shorts and jumpers with a 'v' emblem over the left chest. Two officials seated at each end of the front row are dressed in a blazer with Victorian Lacrosse Association badge and tie. Inscription along top edge of mount, "AUSTRALIAN LACROSSE CHAMPIONSHIPS / VICTORIAN TEAM - ADELAIDE, 1962"; names of team are printed along lower edge of mount as follows: BACK ROW: G.F. Legg, D. Ferris, W.B. Wilkinson, E. Toomey, W.E. Daw; CENTRE ROW: A.W. Thurley, J.B. Flood, A.F. Chiron, I. W. Riddington, G.R. Titter, P.W. Brotheridge; FRONT ROW: J.S. Liddel (Manager), E.A. Nicholls, R.F.
