Brief Description
Colour photograph, marked 'Proof Only' in red, featuring the Australian International Lacrosse Team that visited the UK, the USA, Canada and Hong Kong in 1972. Twenty players wearing white shorts, sage green shirts and gold and green socks, (standing at rear) and five officials (seated in front) are organised into three rows on a lacrosse pitch. Two lacrosse sticks, two gloves and a head protector are placed in the foreground. In black pen on right edge of photograph 'KT.6'. Inscription on reverse in black ink "1972 AUST. INTERNATIONAL TEAM UK. USA CANADA HONG KONG / Won 11 / LOST 2". Handwritten in pencil 'Barry M [?] Sutton [?] Photographer'.
