Brief Description
A pair of ice hockey elbow guards, used by Ben Acton between 1950-1960. Rectangular yellow coloured leather that has harder brown leather circular pads in the middle. Two elastic straps and a felt strap with metal clips are on reverse. A thick black hexagon pad that has a hole in the middle is on the inside. There is green piping around the edges. "ACTON" has been handwritten on the inside of both guards.
