Brief Description
Black and white photographic copy of members of the first Australian Women's Hockey team to play England. Five women are seated with their hockey sticks and six women stand behind them. They are all wearing white blouses with a small flat bow tie, and a dark pleated pinafore dress with a badge on the left chest inscribed with a large "A" and "1914" beneath. Inscriptions at top and bottom of the image, handwritten names of team members and State [N.S.W., S.A. and Vic] and "24/7/1914".
