Brief Description
A 96-page book (cover exclusive), with an orange cover, featuring two cartoons (one on front, one on back), by "WEG". Front cover cartoon features a kangaroo dressed in an Australian Olympic ceremonial blazer, hopping with an Olympic torch in her right hand. The back cover cartoon features an image of Bill Tipping (Australian Journalist), also carrying an Olympic torch, struggling on his walk back to Australia from Rome, Italy. Inscription on front: 'the TIPPING/OLYMPICS/MELBOURNE 1956 - ROME 1960/By E. W. TIPPING/PRICE $1/PROCEEDS TO E. W. TIPPING FOUNDATION/FOR MENTALLY RETARDED CHILDREN & ADULTS'.
