Brief Description
Wide rectangular architecturally drawn panel on off-white board with black border. Drawing is of Flinders Street Railway Station Building in black ink with decorations (temporary) in red, blue and yellow. In a rectangular block at top near centre is "VICTORIAN RAILWAYS - FLINDER STREET NEW STATION BUILDINGS" to the left, above the building, handwritten in pencil is "Approved subject to more flags placed on this line - dated 23 Oct 1953". To the right and above the building is "Amended design" in pencil, also handwritten. Small pencil drawing of far right clock tower. Contract No. 13531/ No. 10/11/12 stamped in top right.
