Brief Description
A rectangular, silver-like, metallic badge, horizontally divided into three registers, and covered in a translucent yellow enamel layer. The upper register features a swimming symbol. The middle register features the Russian inscription MOSKVA, upon a yellow enamel field. The lower register features the Olympic Rings emblem upon a red field.
