A rectangular gold-like metallic badge, divided into two registers. The upper register features the 1980 Moscow Olympic Games emblem, with the Russian inscription below, reading: MOSKVA 80. The lower register comprises of a small green enamelled square, featuring a raised hockey symbol. It is framed along the left, lower, and right sides by four raised parallel stripes.
