A square-shaped enamelled metal badge. Featured upon a white field is a raised design comprising of the date '1980', followed by the 1980 Moscow Olympic Games emblem, extending out from the lower right corner of the badge. In the upper left section of the badge is a square inset featuring a raised cycling symbol upon a green field.
