Brief Description
An oval, enamelled gold badge. Upper section features a rowing symbol upon a blue field. Russian inscription across the top reads GREBLJA AKADEMICHESKAJA (i.e. rowing/boat-racing), followed by OLIMPIADA 80 across the red band dividing the upper section from the lower. The lower section features the Olympic Rings emblem, upon a yellow field, with blue enamel and raised gold stripes bordering below.
