Brief Description
Menu of the Complimentary Dinner given by the Canterbury Hockey Association in honour of the members of the Australian Hockey Team. The menu, printed with blue ink on folded stiff white card, sets out Toast Honours on the inner left side of the menu and is overwritten across the middle with many signatures of those present. Inscription on reverse, in blue ink, "Souvenir / OF THE / SECOND INTER-COLONIAL HOCKEY MATCH / BETWEEN AUSTRALIA AND CANTERBURY"; team names are set out below.
