Brief Description
Black and white glossy photograph of men and women and officials of the Victorian Amateur Swimming Association posing for a group shot. Ten people at the back are standing, including Les Harley the Olympic champion swimmer and boxer, and six are seated in the front with one squatting at the centre. Inscription on front in handwritten white script, "Interstate Amateur Swimmers / Sydney 1934 / Victorian Team"; on the reverse, handwritten in blue ink around the photograph to coincide with the images, "RITCHIE / SAUNDERS"; LES / HARLEY"; "LES / (BUSTER/FIDDES) ANDERSON".
