Newspaper clipping from "The Argus" 18th July 1942. Glued to piece of white paper with typed date at top. Features a poem titled: "ABSENTEE VOTES" which relates to absentee voting for Councillor Beaurepaire. Hand written name and address on reverse. Collected by Frank Beaurepaire.
