Postcard featuring a black and white image of a river scene, in a decorative facsimile 'frame'. Printed text below reads, "Swimming Carnival, Wagga Wagga". The reverse is addressed to Frank Beaurepaire in Albert Park, Melbourne, with a note from 'W.W.'. The postage stamp is no longer present.
