Gold medal won by Frank Beaurepaire for first place in a ¼ mile swim on 27 February 1907. Obverse features a mermaid with text in the legend that reads "VICTORIAN AMATEUR SWIMMING ASSOCIATION". Reverse features V.A.S.A. monogram and inscription reads "¼ MILE CHAMPIONSHIP / 27.2.07 / Won by / FRANK DE BEAUREPAIRE / Time 6m.9 2/5s.". Decorative loop attachment at top.
