Brief Description
Gold medal won by Frank Beaurepaire for 1st place in a 220 Yards swim on 24th February, 1910. Obverse features a mermaid with text in the legend that reads "VICTORIAN AMATEUR SWIMMING ASSOCIATION". Reverse features V.A.S.A. monogram and inscription that reads "F. BEAUREPAIRE 1ST 220 yds VICTORIAN CHAMPIONSHIP / Feb 24th 1910". Inscription around edge reads "FITZROY A. S. CLUB.". Decorative attachment at top (loop has broken off).
