Brief Description
Gold medal won by Frank Beaurepaire for 1st place in the A.A.S.C. 440 Yards Swim on 24th January, 1922. Obverse features Australian Coat of Arms with red/white enamel shield surrounded by a legend with text that reads "AUSTRALIAN AMATEUR SWIMMING CHAMPIONSHIP". Inscription on reverse reads "440 YDS C'SHIP. / F. BEAUREPAIRE. / 1ST / Time 5-24 1/5 sec / SYDNEY. / 24 1 22.". Crown at top with loop attachment.
