Brief Description
Gold medal with pin and safety chain attachment won by Frank Beaurepaire for 1st place in a 220 Yards swim on 11 September, 1920. Obverse features English shield and text in the surrounding legend reads "AMATEUR SWIMMING ASSOCIATION". Reverse bears a wreath surrounding inscription that reads "1920 / 220 YARDS / CHAMPIONSHIP / 1ST PRIZE / WON BY / FRANK DE / BEAUREPAIRE / 11-9-20 TIME 2-29 1/5.".
