Brief Description
Gold medal won by Lily Beaurepaire for 1st place in the 100 Yards Freestyle at the A.P.L.S.C. competition c. 1920. Medal shaped like a life belt bound with ropes enclosing an enamel blue crown and white shield. Blue scroll along lower edge reads "CHAMPIONSHIP". Inscription around belt reads "A.P.L.S.C.". Loop attachment at top. Reverse inscription reads "100 yds freestyle Championship of Victoria / 1ST / LILY DE BEAUREPAIRE / TIME 1 MIN 22 secs.".
