Brief Description
Gold medal won by Lily Beaurepaire for first place in the 100 yards swim at the V.L.A.S.A. competition on 19 February 1910. Medal shaped like a life belt bound with ropes enclosing an enamel blue crown and white shield. Blue scroll along lower edge reads "CHAMPIONSHIP". Inscription around belt reads "V.L.A.S.A. / 100 YDS". Loop attachment at top. Reverse inscription reads "Won by / Miss L. / Beaurepaire / 19.2.10.".
