Brief Description
Ribbon with pale blue, white and red stripes. Silver bar at top and bottom. Top bar has scroll design with text that reads "AFFILIATED CLUBS / CLASP". Pin attachment on reverse. Lower bar has inscription that reads "V.R.A. 1931". Loop attachment at base.
