Brief Description
Book, John Wisden's Cricketers' Almanac, dated 1935. The title is printed in black ink, followed by an outline of what is contained in the edition, and the publishers details. Inscription along the spine reads, "1935. WISDEN'S CRICKETERS' ALMANACK 1935". A green sticker bearing the name of a book seller is adhered to the upper left corner of the cover. The book contains full scores and bowling analyses of the chief matches played in 1934, including County Cricket and International matches, as well as featuring various advertisements relating to cricket, printed in black ink, and black and white photographs of cricketers. A bookmark in the shape of a cricket bat, sporting a thin yellow cord, is wedged between two pages.
